18 Folkestone Rd - Highways Recommend “REFUSAL”.

WC Highways have recommended ‘refusal’ to the most recent application here.

I had asked this application to go to committee again, due to the number of objections raised.

For this reason, this application could be ‘refused’ by the planning officer and may not go to committee.

Controversial Cycleway Proposed Through Rec Ground

A controversial cycleway through Harnham Rec ground has been proposed by Sustrans, as part of their plan for an Alderbury to Wilton cycleroute.

Harnham Rec ground now comes under the St Martin & Cathedral division and not Harnham.

The plan comes before the City Council’s Amenities Committee on Monday 7th December at 6pm. The public can attend this meeting at the Guildhall.
